I came upon this idea from different food references people were making. Sure I had to go online and search for some transition between sweet and sour. Of course for Chinese, one of my favorite types of food I decided to go with the sweet and sour pork which falls right in the middle. Next I had to search for the sweet pork and also the sour cream porkchops, which looked very good by the way. I just had to spice it up a bit, how about we let the pig decide what it wants to end up for lunch, or dinner for that matter.
